These are things I consume to take the edge off dieting and stop me feeling miserable, refer to my training philosophy.
Coca Cola Zero, Pepsi Max, zero or no calorie substitutes for sugar laden drinks, remember it’s easier to drink your calories than eat them, and eating them isn’t hard either! 🙂
Mix Brown Basmati Rice (the proper quality stuff not easy cook, which isn’t even brown rice ) with kidney beans, peas, sweetcorn, carrots, runner beans, onions, egg or other high protein pulses to increase volume whilst reducing the carb content of the rice
Sweetner Stevia, I hate the after state of these sweetners but if you can palate them they’re a good substitute, and stevia is your safest bet
Salad Dressing – Olive Oil, Herbs and Lemon Juice, go easy on the olive oil although it’s believed to be heart healthy it’s still high in calories, ain’t nobody having litres of olive oil and being all lean.
