Do I Need A Gym Membership?
You don’t need a gym membership but you will need access to some equipment, at the very least a suspension trainer and a pull up bar. All of which are very cheap. How Do I Know I’m Doing The Exercises Right?
Every workout comes with accompanying exercsie videos from two angles.
