My training philosophy revolves around the belief that there are many paths to the same destination. You simply need to choose one that suites you.
Training and dieting should revolve around my life, my life should not revolve around training or dieting. One of the greatest reasons I train is to enhance my quality of life and wellbeing, if in the process I don’t have time for family and friends, time to relax and enjoy the other things I like doing then it kind of defeats the purpose.
Having said that in my 20 or so years of training trying about everything and anything I personally believe this method is the closest thing to the holy grail of fat loss and muscle gain. In my opinion I firmly believe without a shadow of a doubt it is the simplest to follow, provides the best results with the least effort.
